I feel truly blessed to be a member of The Rhodes Team and follow my passion helping people find the home of their dreams. My beautiful wife, Paula and I have 3 wonderful children and are members of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church in Keller. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, watching the Dallas Cowboys and TCU Horned Frogs play football, and proudly attending my children’s activities. After twenty-three years in law enforcement, I retired from the Flower Mound Police Department where I was a Detective with a specialty in financial crimes. My career as a Licensed Real Estate consultant began in 2005, and I have closed millions of dollars in transactions. I strive to represent all of my clients with a servant’s heart, and want you to feel as if you are my only client. I am knowledgeable and experienced in this ever changing real estate market, and believe in earning your business and trust. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Kevin Hill – Licensed Real Estate Consultant
I was raised in El Paso, Texas after spending my youngest years moving around various parts of the country(and world) with my military family. I spent 15 years with a large restaurant group, focused on IT, serving both domestic and international locations. During my travels, I met my wonderful wife Beata and convinced her to come to Texas and raise a family. We have 2 soccer-crazed daughters and live in beautiful Highland Village. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate, we owned and operated an upscale Pizzeria in Flower Mound for 11 years. After deciding to make a change, I sought out an opportunity to help people with one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make, in buying & selling a home. The integrity, and overall dedication to do the right thing for our clients, makes me proud to be a member of The Rhodes Team of PenFed Realty Texas.
