Born and raised in Baltimore, I graduated from Washington College on the eastern shore of Maryland in 2001.  I first moved to the DFW area in 2007, and then to Phoenix, AZ in 2008.  While in AZ, my wife and I ran our own real estate team before moving back to Texas in 2013 to raise our daughter and be closer to family. I have developed a love for true Texas BBQ, and in my free time, it’s common to find me on my patio by the grill.  I’ve worked in multiple fields holding positions as Sales Manager, National Sales Trainer, and Director of Sales before coming to the Rhodes Team in my current role.  The Rhodes Team has an unrelenting passion for providing the best buying and selling experience to our clients.  I’ve always had a love of real estate and helping people achieve their dreams, and I get to be a part of all of it at the Rhodes Team.

Aside from living in Ontario, Canada, for two years, I have lived in the DFW area since 1987. I’ve been blessed with 2 children and 6 grandchildren but that number continues to grow. I am also blessed to work with such an amazing team! I joined The Rhodes Team in 2004 as their first closing assistant and have enjoyed every minute since then. Since that time, I have held positions as the closing manager and account manager with the listing department. In Oct. 2021, I was offered the position as Training & Development Specialist. Working with some of the best agents in the DFW metroplex is such an honor and I love the fact that we are able to
help so many people with the home of their dreams.

I am proud to say I am a native of Texas.   I attended Lewisville High School and then went on to get my Bachelor’s degree at Baylor University.  I have 3 wonderful daughters and 2 grand-daughters who are the loves of my life.   I started in the mortgage industry and now have been in real estate for over 10 years.  Being a part of the Rhodes Team has been a true blessing.

I was born and raised in Flower Mound, TX. I recently graduated from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, AR with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. When I am not working I like to spend time with my family, my fiancé, and my friends. Joining the Rhodes Team has been an outstanding decision and I can’t wait to see what my future here holds.

Born and raised in Texas I have been in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area since 1993. I am blessed with three beautiful children, Hayden, Dominick and Averi. They are my joy and without them, my life would be boring! I have been with The Rhodes Team since 2009 and have enjoyed working with a top-notch team and an excellent client base.  Our core values of Expertise, Thoughtfulness & Integrity are the values that I am proud to uphold both at work and at home. It is my belief that because of these values, we offer our clients an experience unlike any other. I am genuinely excited to help our clients navigate the closing process and am always available to answer your closing questions.

I’m a true Texas native, currently living in Highland Village with my husband Kevin and am the mother of two amazing kids. Growing up with my mom as a realtor and my dad as an architect/developer, I followed in their footsteps making a career in this industry that I love. After obtaining my real estate license in 2000, my experience included Apartment Locator, Buyer’s Agent, Contracts Manager & Listing Manager. Since joining the Rhodes Team in 2008, I feel truly blessed and proud to be a part of this amazing team. I really enjoy my position as an Account Manager building relationships with our clients every day.

Born in Texas and raised in Coppell, I have extensive knowledge of the DFW metroplex.  My role as a Market Analyst has allowed me to expand on my growth within the real estate industry.  I feel blessed to be a part of one of the best teams I’ve ever worked for; the Rhodes Team.  Outside of work, my time is mostly spent with my wonderful wife and two amazing children.  I also have a strong passion for the outdoors and am an avid enthusiast in the mountain biking community.  In years past, I have been largely involved as a volunteer providing outreach to the physically challenged community through adaptive programs.  I’m devoted to building relationships and impacting others in a positive way.  I’m proud to be a Texan and look forward to many more years of serving our community.

I was raised in El Paso, Texas after spending my youngest years moving around various parts of the country (and world) with my military family. I spent 15 years with a large restaurant group, focused on IT, serving both domestic and international locations. During my travels, I met my wonderful wife Beata and convinced her to come to Texas and raise a family. We have 2 soccer-crazed daughters and live in beautiful Highland Village. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate, we owned and operated an upscale Pizzeria in Flower Mound for 11 years. After deciding to make a change, I sought out an opportunity to help people with one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make, in buying & selling a home. The integrity, and overall dedication to do the right thing for our clients makes me proud to be a member of The Rhodes Team of PenFed Realty Texas.

Jonathan Hogue – Inside Sales Agent

Hailing from Bryan, TX, I have lived here in the North Texas area for almost 30 years. Texas is my home and I will never leave it!  I am married, eleven years, with one daughter, Laila, and we have a 5-month-old mini schnauzer named Ollie.  Originally coming from the medical industry where I worked for eighteen years, I’ve been in the real estate field since February 2020, enjoy every minute of it and I learn something new every day!  I count my blessings every day and I’m so grateful to work with such a supporting and nurturing group of people here at the Rhodes Team!

I’ve lived in Grapevine for the last 15 years and I love being close to the lake. I spend weekend mornings relaxing with my daughter, Caroline, over breakfast if I am not fishing which is my main hobby. Other than that I spend time with my friends, worship the Lord and read as often as I can. I’ve been a licensed agent since the summer of 2013 and love watching our community grow. I’ve been with the Rhodes Team since 2018 and I love our unparalleled focus on our clients. I learn something new every day!

I grew up in Highland Village & discovered my passion for real estate while attending The University of North Texas. I joined the listing department at The Rhodes Team in 2005 & couldn’t be happier! When not working, I enjoy working out, cooking and entertaining family and friends.

My wife and I moved here from my home state of Minnesota and ended up sticking in North DFW. We live in Corinth with our two boys, Odin & Hunter where we spend our time enjoying kids sports & spending time with friends. I take great pride in contributing to our team’s ultimate goal of creating an enjoyable & hassle-free experience when buying and selling homes in DFW, specifically through cutting-edge, proven, reliable marketing methods & a state-of-the-art contact management solution.

Shellie Scott-Span – Inside Sales Agent

Although I have called Texas home for the last 30 years, I still consider myself a Southern Belle. I was born in New Orleans and later relocated to Tulsa, Ok. before landing in Dallas. I joined the Rhodes Team in January 2020 as a Licensed Inside Sales Agent, and I am blessed with the wonderful opportunity to bring my experience to Serve Clients and Agents as well. Interacting with Customers and Clients on any level is my expertise. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 20 years and what I love the most about Real Estate is that there is always something new to learn. I have worked in the Timeshare and Hospitality Industry for 15 years and traveled all over.

I was born and raised here in the great Dallas Fort Worth area.  I’ve lived in both rural and suburban areas within the metroplex. I grew up living in The Colony and a farm in Aubrey TX.  I currently live in Lake Dallas with my husband and youngest daughter.  I’m a proud mother of 4 ladies, 2 of which are currently serving our country in the US Navy.  I’ve been in the Real Estate Industry for 25 years and found my work home with The Rhodes Team in 2019.  I could not be happier or more proud to work with such an amazing group of people the industry has to offer.

Amy Yates – Closing Assistant

I grew up in Dallas, attending Richardson High School and Texas Tech University, My family has always been involved in real estate in DFW, so if you count waiting in the car while my mom showed a house, I have been in the business since 1975!  I actually worked as an active Realtor in the early 1990’s, paused to raise my family, and then returned in 2014. I love to make sure buyers and sellers are happy and transactions are smooth – all of which is easy to do as a member of The Rhodes Team.
