The Rhodes Team’s administrative and client support professionals are an integral part of our North Texas real estate organization. Working alongside our Realtors®, our administrative team helps coordinate the many moving pieces involved in buying and selling a home—from the initial client consultation through contract, closing, and post-closing follow-up.

Our support team allows our Realtors® to focus on what they do best: building relationships, providing expert real estate guidance, negotiating on behalf of their clients, and helping buyers and sellers make confident decisions.

Nick Galloway – VP of Sales & Agent Development

Born and raised in Baltimore, I graduated from Washington College on the eastern shore of Maryland in 2001. I first moved to the DFW area in 2007, and then to Phoenix, AZ in 2008. While in AZ, my wife and I ran our own real estate team before moving back to Texas in 2013 to raise our daughter and be closer to family. I have developed a love for true Texas BBQ, and in my free time, it’s common to find me on my patio by the grill. I’ve worked in multiple fields holding positions as Sales Manager, National Sales Trainer, and Director of Sales before coming to the Rhodes Team in my current role. The Rhodes Team has an unrelenting passion for providing the best buying and selling experience to our clients. I’ve always had a love of real estate and helping people achieve their dreams, and I get to be a part of all of it at the Rhodes Team.

Michelle Carr – Operations Manager

I am proud to say I am a native of Texas. I attended Lewisville High School and then went on to get my Bachelor’s degree at Baylor University. I have 3 wonderful daughters and 2 grand-daughters who are the loves of my life. I started in the mortgage industry and now have been in real estate for over 10 years. Being a part of the Rhodes Team has been a true blessing.

Tai Culver – Closing Manager

A Texas native and resident of the Lewisville/Flower Mound area since 1993, I have been a cornerstone of The Rhodes Team since 2009. As Closing Manager, I oversee 300+ transactions annually, utilizing my deep knowledge of Texas contracts to act as a “translator” for my clients—turning complex technical jargon into clear, actionable steps. I am dedicated to serving others with integrity and grace, ensuring every closing is a seamless experience. Now an empty-nester after raising my three children, I am as energized as ever to help our clients navigate their journey home.

Debrau Feuerborn – Executive Assistant / Account Manager

Born in Florida and raised in Pennsylvania, I later made the exciting move to the vibrant DFW metroplex. I pride myself on my ability to listen and create positive, meaningful experiences for every client. Integrity, values, and professionalism are the guiding principles of my work. My background in various customer service-related positions has equipped me with the skills to reduce stressful situations and provide support exactly when it’s needed.

Outside of work, I have a passion for playing soccer, running, interior design, and set design for plays and musicals. These hobbies fuel my creativity and drive, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to everything I do.

Cynthia Haas – Account Manager

I’m a true Texas native, currently living in Highland Village with my husband Kevin and am the mother of two amazing kids. Growing up with my mom as a realtor and my dad as an architect/developer, I followed in their footsteps making a career in this industry that I love. After obtaining my real estate license in 2000, my experience included Apartment Locator, Buyer’s Agent, Contracts Manager & Listing Manager. Since joining the Rhodes Team in 2008, I feel truly blessed and proud to be a part of this amazing team. I really enjoy my position as an Account Manager building relationships with our clients every day. In addition to real estate, I enjoy camping in our fifth wheel, lakes, nature and have a special place in my heart for horses, dogs and all animals.

Julie Denton – Listing Manager

I grew up in Highland Village and met my husband at Marcus High School, although we didn’t start dating until we reconnected 20 years after graduating. I’m the proud stepmom to an amazing son! During my free time, I stay energized by power walking my dogs, hitting the gym for a workout, or getting lost in a good book. I also love cooking fresh meals from scratch, which my husband thoroughly enjoys eating, so we make a great team! After discovering my interest in real estate while attending The University of North Texas, I found my professional home with The Rhodes Team. I am truly passionate about my work and find great fulfillment in helping our clients navigate such a significant milestone in their lives.

Eric Oss – Director of Marketing

My wife and I moved to DFW from my home state of Minnesota and enjoyed a wonderful 14 years in the Metroplex with 11 of those being part of The Rhodes Team. We have since relocated to Utah for familial reasons where I remain able to serve our Dallas/Fort Worth clients incredibly through the power of the internet! We have two boys & spend our time enjoying kids sports, taking in God’s amazing natural beauty, volunteering in our church body & spending time with friends & family . I take great pride in contributing to our team’s ultimate goal of creating an enjoyable & hassle-free experience when buying and selling homes in DFW, specifically through cutting-edge, proven, reliable marketing methods. In addition, I get to support the best real estate agents in the industry!

Jessica Slider – Sales & Lead Conversion Manager

I was born and raised here in the great Dallas Fort Worth area. I’ve lived in both rural and suburban areas within the metroplex. I grew up living in The Colony and a farm in Aubrey TX. I currently live in Lake Dallas with my husband and youngest daughter. I’m a proud mother of 4 ladies, 2 of which are currently serving our country in the US Navy. I’ve been in the Real Estate Industry for 25 years and found my work home with The Rhodes Team in 2019. I could not be happier or more proud to work with such an amazing group of people the industry has to offer.

Jolanda Weddle – Assistant Manager of PFR Client Services

I was born in Oklahoma City, but Texas has been home for the past 26 years. Shortly after my husband and I got married, we moved to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where we’ve built our life and raised our four amazing daughters.

As the Assistant Manager of Client Services, I love being one of the first points of contact for our clients. I’m usually the first face you see when you walk into the office and the first voice you hear when you call. My goal is to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of from the moment they connect with our team.

A big part of my role is helping coordinate our Client Appreciation Program. I enjoy working directly with our clients to reserve items like our moving trucks and party machines that help make their moves, celebrations, and gatherings a little easier and more fun.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, getting creative with crafting projects, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and staying active with workouts. I truly enjoy connecting with people and being part of a team that values relationships and community.
