Easter is a great time for us to say Thank You to the many clients at The Rhodes Team who have made our business what it is today. On Thursday, April 17th, we welcomed 248 families into our office to take part in some various Easter activities! The overall ambiance of the day was energetic & it was exciting to see so many friendly faces enjoying themselves.
We strongly urged our clients to bring children as it is an event in which we provide snacks & refreshments, face painting, & a petting zoo/pictures with live bunnies! The response of each child this year was uplifting & it was great to witness joyous moments throughout the afternoon.
The local face painter we hired produced outstanding images & designs for the participating children. This was the first year we had tried this activity & due to the overwhelming positive responses, we will definitely be doing it again for our clients in the future.
We brought in live bunnies to take Easter themed pictures! The professional photographer we hired was fantastic & patient with the kids & took amazing pictures to capture the spirit of the day. Having only a few second waiting time from shutter snap to printed, our clients are able to leave our Easter “Egg”stravaganza with a keepsake to bring home! As always, the live bunnies were a huge hit. Children & adults alike really enjoyed touching, holding, watching & taking photos with the cuddly critters. Aside from our administrative staff commenting on the barnyard smell & a little shedding, the bunnies will continue to make re-occurring appearances in the future!
The main attraction of our Rhodes Team Easter event is the opportunity to win a prize, & for 1 lucky client this year, to walk away with a brand new iPad Mini. We showcase a basket of eggs with each family attending getting 1 draw to see what they win! This year we awarded 67 Honeybaked Hams, 63 Nothing Bundt Cakes, 36 Starbucks Giftcards, 81 Easter Lillies & 1 iPad Mini (which wasn’t drawn until almost the end of the day!).
We are extremely blessed for the clients we have had the privilege to work with & the business they have allowed us to create. 2014’s Rhodes Team Easter “Egg”stravaganza was definitely an overwhelming success!
