The Rhodes Team: 1-2-3 in 2013!

2013 – A YEAR IN REVIEW

The Rhodes Team of Keller Williams Realty located in Flower Mound, Texas had another great year of Real Estate business in 2013.  We sold a total of 578 Homes totaling a volume of $194,335,205.72 in real estate, this is an increase in number of homes sold from our previous year by over 20%!

KW Family Reunion 2014In February of 2014, Keller Williams Realty held its largest annual Realtors® conference known as the Keller Williams Family Reunion.  The event was hosted in Phoenix, Arizona and held at the Phoenix Convention Center with tens of thousands of real estate agents in attendance over a 4 day period.

Keller Williams as a company celebrated a huge achievement of adding over 15,000 associates in 2013, growing the nation’s largest brokerage by a staggering 20%.  In addition, KW launched in Southern Africa, Vietnam & Indonesia, as well as signing franchise agreements in Austria, Germany & Switzerland thus expanding its reach & ultimate goal of helping people worldwide with their real estate needs.

During the conference, The Rhodes Team was recognized in front of a ballroom of the world’s top Keller Williams associates.  They received awards for the following accomplishments in 2013.

  •        The Rhodes Team topped the charts as the #1 Keller Williams Team worldwide in Luxury home sales for 2013 (Luxury homes are considered properties of $500,000 and above).
  •        The Rhodes Team was the #2 Keller Williams team worldwide in GCI for 2013.
  •        The Rhodes Team was the #3 Keller Williams team worldwide in number of units Sold for 2013 with 578 Homes.

Out producing the previous year totaling 481 Homes, 2013 proved to be an incredibly strong selling year for real estate in North Texas.

Russell Rhodes Keller Williams Family Reunion 2014Russell Rhodes, owner of The Rhodes Team, was invited to host a session during the Keller Williams Family Reunion on how to ‘Build a Biz by Referral’.  Our team is well-known for our unique approach to creating exceptional customer service through an installation called our Client Appreciation Program. Russell educated a room of 100’s of Keller Williams agents (many claiming a spot on the floor once seats ran out) on the importance of creating “raving fans” out of your clients, as well as your employees.  The session was a great success with positive feedback from the attendees.

We at The Rhodes Team understand we would not have our yearly success without the support and loyalty of amazing clients.  We place the utmost importance on client appreciation both during & after each and every real estate transaction.  (Over 50% of the overall business for The Rhodes Team in 2013 was generated from either referrals or past clients!)

As 2014 enters into the second quarter of business, The Rhodes Team have our goals set on another record breaking year for Dallas/Fort Worth area Real Estate and are on pace to meet expectations.  We are blessed to live and work in such a thriving economic part of the country.
